Perfect place to stay, 5 min walking to the Port and 20min walking to old city so it is perfect if you plan to take also a ferry. Supermarket and bank at 2 min. Very kind family, Miguel, father and mother will welcome you as one more un the family

Very good place

Even the Taxi found it difficult to find. The only positive thing about this place was the friendly manner of the owner who tried her best. Apart from the location which one got used to over three nights. The biggest problem was down to Hygiene!!!, Apart from the beds never being made up while staying there, the bathroom was never cleaned, towels were never changed!!! the bathroom floor was more like a swimming pool after three days of which we had to clean ourselves!!! The breakfast if one could call it a breakfast was small to say the least and all cheap material and laid out poorly, No fruit, no cereal, a small portion of scrambled egg and badly made coffee, so overall never again!!! Just don't bother going there, sorry to the nice lady but business is business!!!.

If one is very stuck this will do the night in a emergency only!!!

Very nice accommodation: very friendly staff, nice location in Dubrovnik (quiet &amp; the old town is about 20 minutes walk), room with bathroom (good hygiëne), wifi, nice breakfast, ...

Un poco retirado del centro pero en 15 min andando estás en el centro y en la otra dirección en 15 minutos estas en el puerto. Una pareja mayor muy agradable, un desayuno estupendo todo lo demás súper bien!!! Volveremos!

Very good people

Unexpectedly, very close to the old town centre we took a rest in this peaceful accomodation. 
The owners are so nice that we feel like at home. We didn't forget the fresh lemonade under the grape patio,  the kindness of Katarina and Giulio and the kind helpful support of their son Miko.
See you next time in Dubrovnik!

Family atmosphere, quiet accomodation

Very beautiful sobe! Katarina, Julio and their son are very nice people! 
The room was clean and confortable, and they received us with lemonade!
A bit far from The center by walk but close To The port and The bus station.

Logeren bij het oude koppel had iets weg van een bezoekje bij oma en opa...
Kamers waren netjes en ontbijt was voldoende.
Voldoende om enkele nachten te verblijven.

Very nice and helpful Staff 
Parking could be little tricky but the Staff will help you to find a free parking if possible 
25 minutes to the old town 
House is very beautiful in a local area and also quiet 
In your room you maybe hear other guests but for us it wasn't a problem


Great City B&amp;B in Dubrovnik

location is good, it is near from bus terminal and not far from  old city ,very clean and cozy and they are so kind and very warm like my family.
It has garden and everyday we relaxed there.It was good.
I recommend this house !

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
