Lapad View Apartments are located on  the Lapad Peninsula, 3.5 km from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town.

Luggage storage before check in is available. There are 2 public parking(100 m and 300m) from the facility.

We had not initially planned to be in Dubrovnik, but realized it made the easiest way to our destination in Budva Montenegro. We found this little gem, not knowing what a gem it was. We were greeted by the owner and immediately treated as family. The view is all of the Lapad bay, just a hundred meters or so up from the walk that extends from the plaza. A longer stay would provide us plenty to do and see, and the bus stop to take us to Old Town is just down the street. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view before heading down to one of the many restaurants- we chose Atlantic and were more than satisfied (reservations recommended)

Layover in Lapad

Simply love this place. Old town is just 15 mints by car. All the food shops and Tommy market is just 5 to 8 mints by walk and steps. Owner is extremely Friendly. Beach is just 3 to 5 mints by walk and step. Lapad Beach. Recommended.

Beautiful View

Comfortable bed, air conditioner worked well, but the kitchen was just a 2 burner portable cooker. I would say this is more a room, rather than apartment. 
There was no cafe nearby, as suggested in advert. It was around 10 minutes to walk down to restaurants or beach, and with a lot of steps. Not recommended if you struggle with steps. It was 3.5 kilometre walk from the port. Should have got a taxi.
We finalised our bill with the owner but were asked to pay cash, which we didn't expect, which was inconvenient as we didn't have enough with us and had to go out to find a machine to get more money out. Also, this was not advertised on the advert.
The owner was good enough to call us a taxi on our last day.


Not too bad

Estuvimos una noche. La gabitación estaba bien, limpia y con un balcón que daba al mar. La zona es tranquila y apartada del centro. Se puede aparcar sin pagar. Tiene muy cerca una zona de restaurantes y baresnpara tomar algo. También una playa.

The apto is nice, clean and quite. Close to the old dow and bus station.

The apartment was renovated and much better than in the photos. 
The view was amazing and the room was very nice and clean.
Owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come here again!

Amazing apartment with easy access to the old town and beaches

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
