Nice room, good rates. I was happy with the room but the location wasn't great although it's in the old town. Located at the top of many, many flights of stairs. Be very mindful of this if you book it. Luggage was a real issue for us. No vehicles can access it. 

Nice room, poor location. 

Very clean and new and a great location. However the furniture is a little fragile. There are a lot of stairs which we liked as it meant that we got to explore the cobbled streets. We were told that we could leave out luggage in the new town offices however we were then turned away and told to go to the old town office. When we finally located it the people were really nice and took us straight to the apartment. 

Great location 

The apartment is located close to the city wall in the old town and there are several steps to climb to get to the street. Very nice and clean apartment with everything that was needed. The owner was very friendly and gave a good introduction to the apartment and gave some recomendations on places to eat etc.
I would recomend this apartment, and Dubrovnik for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Nice and clean small apartment in an old building

The apartment is in old city center, but has no transport to it. We have to carry with luggage and we have a lot of stairs to get it. They had informed us about it. But the location is very central and near were everything happens.
The appartment could be dark wile we sleep, so we cannot wake up with the sun.
We liked to be there.

The room was located at the top of the walls and is right inside the old city.  It is far enough away that it was very quiet at night.  The room was clean and the water pressure was good.  The advertisement did say there would be shower soap and an iron though, and there was not either in the room.  This is a minor complaint though for a wonderful time.  I would recommend anyone stay here if they are visiting.

Amazing Location (if you can walk a lot of steps)

The studio apartment was described perfectly on the website. It was perfect for my fiancé and I. We wanted to be in the heart of the old town and this apartment matched our requestt. It was up a lot of stairs though if people struggle with mobility. It was clean and spacious inside and had everything we needed (wifi, towels, crockery etc). The shower was excellent! It had air conditioning which you need after a day in the sun! The apartment doesn't have much natural light coming into it but has lots of electrical ones. We both had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in the old town.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
