An excellent place to stay in all respects. That being said the review/feedback process demands one submit a 200 character or more summation. Very difficult to do when one is still on vacation and trying to ignore his computer.  

Canadian Feedback

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments - the host was extremely friendly and helpful and even gave us a lift with our luggage on our last day to another location in town and lent us towels for the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely and everything was very clean including the communal kitchen which had some outdoor tables where you could eat if you wished.
You are greeted on arrival with a drink and a map with explanations on where everything is and what busses to use etc. Nearby supermarket, beach and restaurants - and a larger hotel with a big pool that you are able to use, it's about a 20 minute downhill walk to the old town. It is quite hilly/there are a lot of steps to get places such as the beach and pool but this is the case for most of Dubrovnik.
Would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit the area :)

Lovely apartment with friendly host

We had a lovely stay here. The host was very friendly and helpful to us. We had a gorgeous sea view and a comfortable room. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartments are about 1.5km from the old city, which for us, was a nice walk. Buses do run from close to the apartments to the old city too though. 

Friendly host and comfortable stay

Nice room with a pleasant view, very comfortable. The owner is a very kind and helpful. Nearby there's a beach, a mini market and the bus stop that leads to the old city.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
