This lovely studio is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning  and flat-screen SAT TV. The equipped kitchenette comes with dining table. Private bathroom includes shower cabin and a hair dryer.

Common washing machine and ironing board are also at your disposal. Breakfast is available on request and it costs from 13 euros per person/per day.

Apartments Orka is self catering accommodation located n Lapad neighborhood, 3 km away from the historic Old Town. Property features 12 accommodation units. 

Common outdoor unheated seasonal swimming pool is provided, so as  BBQ facilities. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out.

Please be advised that in case of late check-in after 10:00 p.m., extra fee of 20 euros  will be applied.  The possibility for the late check in ends at 12 AM.

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast from May to October for additional charge starting from 13 euros. 

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible), price is 17€/day. Baby cot is available on request.

Very good location, cozy room and friendly people. This is in general what we saw. The hotel is near by harbor and the sea sight fulls you with happiness. 
The garden was very nice for couple with children....we enjoyed

Amazing

Had a comfortable stay at Okra apartments. The place was easy to find, right on the waterfront next to the College. The apartments themselves are in a nicely secluded spot behind their (Orka) restaurant which they offer a 20% discount on. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a large studio type apartment with plenty of room and storage space (smallest room out of the four on our floor). Private bathroom with a shower that could be a bit small for some people, but good pressure and heat. Room had a well stocked kitchen with microwave, stovetop, kettle and fridge. There was no nasty surprises, the room was as advertised online and there were the cutest wild tortoise out in the garden. :)

Great Stay

Great location..lovely little apartment and would surely come back again..close proximity to the old town and lots of restaurants..nice and peaceful area which was not touristy..we stayed for 3 nights and had a great time!!

Loved it!!

My boyfriend and I had originally booked accomodation at another guesthouse while in Dubrovnik, but  because of a delayed flight that got us into Dubrovnik at 3:00AM we were refused entry to the guesthouse we had booked for 4 nights, the owner tried to rip us off, and left us stranded on a Saturday night with no place to stay. (We were able to find a shady hostel for the night). Luckily Orka Apartments had one apartment available last minute for the following day and wow what a hidden gem! Helen greated us first thing in the morning when we arrived. It was too early to check in as the rooms were not ready but she took all of our dirty laundry and sent us on our way to breakfast. When we arrived back at the apartments around noon, Helen had washed all our belongings and hung them out to dry, she got us an early check in and showed us all the best places to see in Dubrovnik and how to get around. Helen totally turn our experience around. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable with everything you'd need. A/C, tv with some English channels (lol that was a plus on a very rainy day), a little kitchenette and a great sized bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and felt very at home. Orka apartments also has a lovel fine dining restaurant (which guest get 10 percent off meals) and a cute little pub attached (Toni the bartender was excellent- very personable young man). The neighbourhood was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Old town with beautiful views of the harbour. Getting around was super easy on foot but also on the bus as the bus shop was right outside the apartments. The bus could take you all around the city, to the beach and to old town in minutes. There are many other restaurants and shops close by. If you're looking for a little home away from home while staying in Dubrovnik this is your place! I will highly recommend Orka Apartments to anyone I know travelling to Dubrovnik and when we go back, we know where we will be staying!

Excellent stay at great apartments - a hidden gem!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
