Bad bad.The room in this time is highly cheaper than directbooker(22euros less).It price is 43 euros instead of 65euros you have charged me.The room is a basement level,views to the street,very noisy

Although the apartment itself is fine, I agree with comments made by other reviewers. The kitchen is too small and very oddly placed. Wifi coverage in the room I was in was patchy. There is construction going on next door which was pretty loud and annoying during the day. It was quite hard to get hold of the proprietor - in fact, the first time I saw her was on the morning of my departure with my invoice at 8:30 AM. I had earlier made a small question (about having a ticket printed) and was told that she'd get back to me - but this never happened. There seems to be a link with the restaurant next door (same ownership, I presume?) so I can't understand why they can't coordinate to make check-in/out a bit more flexible as well as enable payment by card. It's a nice place but many of the people I was traveling with found bigger, nicer places for an only slightly higher cost in the Old Town with what seemed like better customer service.
