This one bedroom apartment with sea view features air conditioning and free WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, water kettle, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a toaster. Bedroom features large double bed, with additional sofa bed in the living room. Private bathroom is equipped with bathtub and a hairdryer.  Ironing facilities and washing machine are at guests disposal.

Apartment Natasha is self catering accommodation located in Ploce area, steps away from the famous Banje beach and close to Dubrovnik historic center.

We loved the apartment, very clean and we accomodated ouselves perfectly. We were only two people, but the living room is very spacious in case there is more people. 
The owner is very attentive and will guide you if you need something. 
The apartment location is great, 2 minutes walking to Banje Beach and almost 10 minutes to the Old Town. There are mini markets, bakery, ATM among other things very close by. Very convenient location. 
We would definetely come back.

Perfect location and space

An outstanding property and owner! Natasa was super friendly and helpful and we cannot fault the home. It was very clean, central to old town,minutes to banje beach and another more exclusive beach. The house had lots of little extras like nice olive oil, herbs and spices, teas and coffee, bathroom supplies, nice clean towels and more! The lounge room has stunning views to lokrum island and with the high ceilings it felt like a New York style loft!
Natasa also provides great local restaurant recommendations which weren't too pricey but tasty!
We would highly recommend this apartment. 

Like a New York loft! 

The apartment was perfect. Very well equipped and very clean. It was just as advertised. It had a lovely sea view from the living room.  It was a very short walk to the old town. The only steps were the ones into the apartment building. No steep stairway to go up to reach the building. It was a perfect location for us. 

A lovely apartment close to the old town 

Nice, really well equipped, clean and spacious apartment within short walk from Old Town. Peaceful location. Nice seaview to Lokrum island. Very friendly and helpful owner. We stayed only two nights, but you could easily stay much longer period there. We have never stayed at this well equipped apartment before.:) 

Really nice apartment at Zupska1   

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Srdan gave us a warm welcome. There were cool drinks in the fridge for us: water, fruit juice and a couple of beers. 
There was a large bowl full of fresh fruit on the kitchen table, ground coffee for the coffee machine, even a bottle of Srdan's mother's homemade limoncello!
There was a multitude of toiletries in the bathroom, dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent,etc.
I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. The decor was in very good taste too and the view..........over Lokrum island. Amazing, wonderful!

Wonderful view from a great apartment. 

The location was excellent, short walking to the old town, cable elevator, and the beach. Crocery near the apartment... Nice view to the island Locrum. price was OK. Apartment was well equipped and the hostess was really frendly and helpfull. Great choise to stay

The best place in Dubrovnick! Wonderfull recomendations for your travel!

We spent 3 days in Dubrovnik by Natasha apartment, the welcome was very warm. Natasha gave us valuable tips and the apartment was not only stylish but also very central. 10 min walk to the old town and only 5 min to the beach. Simply perfect location. Also equipped with everything you need. Coffee, tea, spices even liqueurs and Dalmatian pastries.Thank you Natasha you are a very warm and perfect hostess.

Great apartment, feels just like home with all the necessities you can find at home. Host was great, friendly and with good information. Would stay here again when we come to Dubrovnik 

Great apartment with sea view

Centrally located, spacious well equipped apartment which was exceptionally clean and tidy. Met by host/owner who was most helpful with local knowledge etc. 5min walk to Banje beach and a further few minutes to the old town. Will definitely stay here if I return to Dubrovnik, highly recommended. Was also impressed with the direct booking taxi from airport to accommodation. Excellent communication between taxi and host. Everything was effortless for us allowing us to enjoy our holiday straight from landing

Nice pretty apartment with excellent location

Dieses Appartement wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend in Altstadtnähe. Alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand geht man 2 Minuten, die Altstadt erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Natasha empfangen, sie ist sehr bemüht und gibt gern gute Tips. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic apartment in heart of Dubrovnik.  Owner was very helpful, gracious.  Apartment was close to the beach, the city center, restaurants, market etc.  highly recommend Ploce Apartment.

Wonderful apartment with exceptional view and location

The apartment is perfectly located near the old town .
It was perfectly clean and all was as Natasha described her location. As I said to the owner it seems robbed at home.
My family and I stayed a couple of nights and it was very strategic to visit the old town with a wonderful landscape.
Natasha, the owner, was very kind with my family and I.

Top accommodation 

We were very fortunate that we manage to book this last apartment just days before our trip when most of the apartment in that area were full. Was abit worried about lugging the luggage up the steps based on other review but this apartment is good as is very close to the road and less than 30 steps though the apartment is on the second floor.
The apartment is very neat and clean and the view from the window is nice though it would have been better if there is a balcony. Anyhow most of the time we are out so not much difference.
The owner Natasha has been very helpful and also give us very good recommendation of some good restaurants and we tried some of it and is really good. She is also very prompt in her reply and also help us to book a taxi to the ferry terminal.
The location of the apartment is very near to the Old town as is right in Ploce area and is just behind Hotel Excelsior. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will strongly recommend this place.

Love Dubrovnik

This apartment is well located only a short walk from one of main gates to the old town. 
There is a nice view of the sea and island. You can see the old town walls as well. 
The apartment is spacious and very clean. You will find everything you might need for a comfortable stay. 
Natasha is a wonderful host. Always available to assist with your needs. She is most charming. 
We highly recommend staying here.

Bonito apartamento. Muy cómodo y justo lo que queríamos: limpieza, al lado del centro, cerquita de algún supermercado y con el mar de fondo. Lo cumple todo. Nathassa muy agradable: nos informó detodos los lugares que merecía la pena visitar y dónde comer.
