The appartment is small but is compensated by the large terrace 
with amazing views over the Harbour and the walled town.
Supermarket was only steps away and had everything we needed.
Easy walk to beach Chairlift transport &amp; Old City.
We enjoyed our stay very much wish we could have stopped for longer .

Fabulous views close to everything 

Room is nice. If you have good weather you have beautiful view to the Old city from the terrace. Location is good and the place is peaceful. Pemo, local market is very near so you can easily make breakfast or lunch. Good choice for hotel.

Good location, stunning view 

Room was brilliant for what we needed. Comfortable and easy to get to from the Old Town. Even better, a fantastic view to wake up and have breakfast viewing. Fantastic to see in the evening with a bottle of wine.
A few loose fixtures and fittings but welcoming hosts, comfortable to stay in, nice and new furniture and would recommend to everyone!

A very comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need. A great kitchenette area, ample storage and spacious ensure facilities. Great climate control too! However, the star of the show has to be THAT view!! There are many places to stay in the area but when the main attraction is the Old Town, there is nothing better than walking up a slight hill (you 'll never escapes steps in Dubrovnik - no matter where you go) and viewing the whole town from your balcony watching the burning sky change behind it! Loved it, loved every bit of it!! 

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! 

We organized transport from the airport through booking.com to our accommodation. The driver was waiting for us on arrival and we arrived at the accommodation promptly. On reaching our destination we met our host who was very friendly and provided us with information on things to do in Dubrovnik. Overall it was excellent location, had a great view. We had an amazing time.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
