Friendly, Helpful, clean rooms in the good location...................I could not ask for anything which would not have helped. Very nice city we will come back soon. I can only recommend!! Thank you!

The room is clean and comfortable and the owner is very nice. It's 20 minuts walking through passageways and stairs to old town. 
We enjoyed our experience in Dubrovnik.

Good and recommended 

Maria was very helpful, she let us use her kitchen for making tea and to boil eggs. She helped us with ordering discounted pizza's during our stay and also with the directions to the old town. The old town is around 17-20 minutes walk from the room but involved a lot of stairs. 

Nice room but on a hill top!

Everything is great!  Apartment was super clean, balcony view was great! We stay in a room with private bathroom which was very clean. Apartment is about 25-30 minutes walk to the old city - or you can take a bus. Private parking was available for us.

This is the perfect accommodation for a trip to Dubrovnik! Just a 15 min. walk to the old town, quiet location in a nice residential area, clean room and bathroom and a very friendly owner!
Marija welcomed us with an a aperitif on the balcony, where we enjoyed a very nice view over the town.
Unfortunately we forgot one jacket in the room - but Marija sent it to us and it had already arrived at our home once we got back from our holiday!
We can wholeheartedly recommend Marijas nice room!
Thank you for a great stay! We will always like to come back!


Very welcoming and friendly!

Very friendly personal welcome, nice clean and pretty room. We were treated with a fresh mint tea from her own garden (on which you have a view from the balcony) and homemade jelly! 

Perfect starting point to explore Dubrovnik

chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain privée. logement très calme bien placé sur le haut de Dubrovnik,parking à demander à la proprio, belle vue depuis la ruelle (la chambre n'a pas de vue).Très bon accueil, plein de conseils de la proprio. descente vers la vieille ville à pied dans les ruelles piétonnes, remontée par bus arret juste à coté de la loc

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
