If You want to see a lot of famous sights, this is the perfect location for You!
The apartment is situated next to the Pile Gate, so everything you may need is in 300 meters range.

Very good location, right outside the city walls so a bit less hectic that old town. We booked in really short notice ( 30 min before arriving there) and room was ready to check in. The owner was really nice and helpful, and answered all our questions. It is a bit dated, but I did not mind this. Room faces the  Lovrijena fortress, so you can nicely see it from there. i would not mind staying there again if I go back to Dubrovnick.

Good location

Perfect location just outside of Old Town and good value for the money.  Bathroom is separate from the room but this was not much of a problem.  Only real complaint was with outside noise, which is privileged e you pay for central location.

Great location 

Nice place perfectly located near to everything you may want to visit in Dubrovnik. Note that it is a room + private bathroom within an apartment, therefore 2 other rooms open in the corridor with other people staying. Be sure to not walk the corridor to reach your bathroom in slips. Only one negative point: the window was just in front of the nearby restaurant large cooling system = lot of noise. You have to close the window during the night to be able to sleep, if the temperarture gets too hot... airconditio ing in the room. Very nice vew on the fort and sea.

Perfectly located nice clean place

Visit was very good and location excellent of apartments. Hotel is private there no is noise. Old town just 60m from this place. Many good restaurant about under 100m nearest 25m. There also beach very near. I can recommend to use all who cow in there.


Vacation. 

This place is perfect for those who wish to stay in the hussle and bussle of the old town. It's only metres away from the main bus station and Pile gate (main entrance into the old town). Loads of places to eat on your doorstep and the lady that owns it is lovely. Room was clean and a good base for anyone wanting to see the old town for what it is. If your a game of thrones fan you are also seconds walk from black water bay! 
I fell in love with Dubrovnik and we will be going back.

Lovly stay

Great Experience. We extended our stay because we liked our room so much.  Very clean and secure. Beautiful view of the Fort from our window. Amazing location right next to the sea and old town. We can't recommend this place enough!

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Rooms

The appartment was nice and convenient, the bathroom was a seperate room 1 step away. The location is the best, right next to the Pile busstop and the old center. The host was super friendly and even did our laundry!  I would recommend this place!

Room was lovely and has everything you could need, location is amazing, beautiful views right on your doorstep, host is lovely an very helpful.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
