This two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.

Apartment Perovic is located only 500 meters from the popular Banje Beach and 700 meters from Dubrovnik’s historic center. 
Overlooking the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea, accommodation unit feature a balcony or a terrace and a free WiFi. Each unit is self-catered.

Our room was two bedrooms and kitchen, living room and two showers&amp;toilets. The owner's family lived next door and upstairs. Their noise didn't bother us, hopefully ours didn't bother them :) The trash was picked, toilet paper stocked and towels changed every couple of days. The apartment included dish washer and washing machine. The apartment has nice veranda with amazing view to the sea and old town. We had breakfast there every morning, and the next door lady sometimes made us some treats like buns or pancakes! :) Location was peaceful, but it took about 20 minutes to walk to old town. The near beach was about 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay!

Localização  do apartamento, a casa estava impecavelmente limpa, muito acolhedora, bem decorada , muito completa em relação aos objectos disponibilizados, , acresce o facto de ter uma vista soberba ,  a simpatia e disponibilidade dos proprietários  que nos fizeram sentir em casa, sem dúvida que recomendo.

My holiday nearly got off to a very bad start as we had no idea of the address of our accommodation (whoch should have been mailed in advance but wasn't), however accommodation ( when it was finally located) was lovely.
The family who own the accommodation are very helpful ( helped with luggage up the steps to get to the property) and with the aid of google translate we were able to tell them this.  The appartment was very clean, nice &amp; quiet and had a lovely terrace so breakfast was a joy.
I'd definitely stay here again.  Nice touches such as having washing upliquid and coffee and tea.
Only graded 4 starts on location as it is quite a trek to the old city - uphill for the way home.

Lovely accommodation but beware of communication via website!!

We had a great 3 days here and loved it.  The owners, Ivo and Kathia  (sp?) Are the nicest people. They live in the adjacent half of the building.  They don't speak English but it doesn't matter.  They are so kind and friendly,  without being the least intrusive,  that language doesn't matter.  She brought us wonderful baked treats and a homemade fig liquor.  
They're both just sweet people.  
The apartment is very, VERY clean. Even tho its self catering Kathia cleaned and washed every day while we were out. 
The AC units work great.  Bathrooms have all towels but just some hand soap so be sure to bring your own.  Hot water is always available.  The kitchen is small but we'll appointed, not that we did any real cooking.  The frig is cold.  We had trouble understanding the washer, some written instructions would be nice, but I'm guessing most Europeans would know.  
Rooms and beds are large, well furnished and very comfortable. The bedding, like everything else, is pristine clean. 
Location is wonderful for quiet, beautiful views and nice breeze.  I could live on the terrace.  A 15 min walk to old town, where the nearest markets are. Easy to get a taxi back with your groceries.  
To get a taxi from the apartment walk down to the Villa Dubrovnik hotel at the bottom of the steps and ask the doorman to call you one.  If he's not out there take the elevator to the desk and ask. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful which is nice for a 5+star hotel.  I'm sure you could use Uber et al also and I'm sure most Europeans phones will work to call a cab.  Our sorry US phones wouldn't work.   Tell drivers Villa Dubrovnik,  they all know it better than the address. 
The steps:  there are many of them whether you approach from the upper or lower street.  About 60 steps going up.  But we're a couple of &quot;older&quot; ladies and found the steps just a good workout, especially with a backpack full of groceries. Once back up one will really enjoy a cold beer on the terrace.  
My only suggestions are for Direct Booker,  the management company.  Written instructions with a map of nearest markets is really needed.  And better communication. I was ready to cancel because I'd received no confirmation that anyone would be there to meet us and we weren't going to show up with luggage not knowing if we could get in.  Finally management replied to my several emails. 
None of which reflects on Kathia and Ivo,  they're great.  I wish we could have stayed for much longer.  
This is a quiet house in a quiet area. Don't stay here if you're a partier or have noisy kids.  You're sharing these people's home, it's not just some hotel. It's a gem.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful. The location was good. It was terrific having air conditioning and the views from the apartment were beautiful. This is a nice place to stay in Dubrovnik a 20 minute walk to the old town.

Lovely place

Apartment was well equipped. Very clean with 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. Owners lived on site, didn't have much English but we're very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment was a little difficult to find with a lot of stepstuff up/down to it depending which road you were on.
Great location with fantastic views of the old city and harbour.good wifi connection. Just thought it was a bit expensive for two nights. 

Dubrovnik views

Spacious bedrooms and good size bathrooms - all immaculately clean!  Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.  The apartment was perfectly located in a lovely area, opposite the 5star Hotel Villa Dubrovnik.  A 15-20minute uplifting stroll from town, passing lovely villas and glorious vegetation.  Exceptionally quiet.  The owners were really lovely and extremely kind, despite not being able to speak very much English.  We would go back!!

Perfect location, view and owners all in peaceful surroundings.

The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor seating is really calm and green (note that the place is about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town). Our nice and simple hosts helped us for an early check-in. There was also a car parking place available which we did not use. Highly recommended for anyone preferring a calm surrounding in a popular tourist destination.

Perfect place to enjoy Dubrovnik. Our host couldn't have been nicer. Lovely views, clean and cozy apartment, perfect for our family.

Wonderful!!

Very nice and quiet place! The hosts were really nice and helpful, and we could practice some of our croatian speaking. They were flexible and helped us early in the morning with our taxi!  Close to a lovely little beach, 5min walk, a bit from the old city though, 15 min walk. Which was perfect for us who like to walk. 


Quiet close to small beach, with a lovely view of dubrovnik from a distance! 

Sea view apartment, whilst far from modern, was perfect for my daughter and I. Quaint and homely, it is perfectly located between a glorious beach and Dubrovnik, both walkable. The outside space is charming and the welcome was lovely.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
