Villa Iveta is located only 260 meters from Old City Walls and main promenade inside the walls - Stradun. The Villa includes 8 units. All unites feature free WiFi, LDC TV, air conditioning and private bathroom fitted with shower or bathtub. Some of the units feature a furnished balcony while the other include a terrace or patio where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Adriatic sea and the Old Town. Some units are fitted with a equipped kitchen or kitchenette and dining area. The part of the town, where the Villa is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 3 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 260 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the Villa. We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 700 m from the property. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 9 minutes ride from the Villa, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

    The home I stayed in was just that-not any home rented out. the owner and her husband lived in a room 5 feet from mine.Their sm all bathroom was 2 feet from mine. I felt everytime I went out or returned I had to be quiet as they retired early.This is not exactly what was presented in the ad.
