The first apartment consists of a kitchen (large kitchen with island which is  fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) a dining room which is 29 square meters with a fireplace,  separate living room, two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms, one smaller with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and the size is slightly larger than 100 square meters. The whole property is newly furnished and modernly equipped with Kare design furniture - Meblo trade. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment with separated external access and  outdoor furniture ( table and chairs). Apartment sleeps 4 guests.
The second apartment consists of a dining/  living room and a fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king size beds (one room has a bathroom with walk in shower and the other two share a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is newly equipped with the outdoor barbecue, table and chairs. There is a completely private entrance with direct communication through the terrace which is 28 meters long. Apartment sleeps 6 guests
Given the new situation with Covid -19, the apartments are rented as a one unit, for the complete safety of our guests.

Villa Luciana Residence is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. 
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of two completely separated new apartments with a common large terrace

Pools and hot tubs are located above the accommodation with the separated entrance to pool area.
Guests have Finnish Sauna at  their disposal in agreement with the owner, 2 hours a day. 

In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
If guests want early check-in or late check-out it is possible and can be agreed but only before arrival of guests and it costs 50% of daily price.
Owners lives at the upper part of villa and they are at guests disposal always if guests need help. Guests have whole privacy at their part of villa.

First time in Croatia and hope to be back!  Host very friendly and helpful.  Quick to respond to all questions, very helpful upon arrival and allowed for kate check out.  Kids and adults loved pool area! 

Great family vacation

Beautiful Villa with everything you could need.
I stayed a week with my Husband and 18 year old Daughter and 17 year old Son, we only needed part of the villa as it can cater for up to 12 people so we were in the penthouse.
You need a car in my opinion as the location is up the hill around 8 minutes drive from Mlini and around 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. On our arrival we were welcomed by the owner who showed us round. We had the use of the driveway for our hire care.
Our penthouse are included 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi bath.
3 bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, kitchen and two balcony area's.
Air con installed and working where it was needed.
All appliances worked fine.
Outside our area was a beautiful pond with koi carp, a steam room and sauna (didn't use due to heat ) Up a level was the Jacuzzi pool with plenty of sunbeds, a barbeque, a bar area with Bluetooth stereo, shower, male and female toilets and a 12 chair table for eating.
Up another level was more sunbeds and a Jacuzzi.
Mat the owner respected our privacy but could not do enough for us if we needed him.
We had a wonderful week and have no hesitation in recommending the villa to rent.
I have probably forgot to mention something but there is absolutely everything you could need.
The Wifi worked but was a little slow to what we are used to but I think this is probably an area thing.

HOME FROM HOME

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the villa.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the villa (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the villa, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
