This lovely  double room with balcony  is a perfect fit for up to two persons.
 It features free Wi-Fi, air condition and SAT TV. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer.
Shared furnished terrace with BBQ facilities and summer kitchen is at guests disposal.

Villa Malfi is located in the Bay of Zaton, only 5 meters from the private concrete beach and 150 m from pebbly beach. 
Large furnished terrace, summer kitchen and grill are at guests disposal.

No luggage dropoff before or after .
Cleaning fee is 30 euros per stay and it is not included in the price.
Babies are not allowed under 6 years old.
Free private parking on site.

Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Preauthorization: Your card will be preauthorized for the total price of the reservation during the free cancellation period.
Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.

We arrived at Croatia by car from Bosnia. We did not have any local money. The host lent us $200 to go to the city centre for currency exchange. She is kind.
The view is excellent. Good air-conditioning.

The place is very well connected with the city. The bus stop within walking distance and many available taxis (less than 20 €). 
They welcomed us with sympathy and kindness. Villa Malfi is less than 1 km from a market and 3 restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to Villa Malfi there is a small rocky beach with a splendid sea. It is also possible to visit many places (elafites, Montenegro, Mostar in Bosnia etc.) by organizing tours that can be booked day by day. Tha room has all comfort and people are very helpful.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
