This lovely one bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for up to three persons.
It features free Wi-Fi, flat screen SAT TV and air condition. Kitchenette is fully equipped and it comes with dining area. seating area comes with convertible sofa. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair dryer. Apartment offers furnished balcony with sea view.
Shared furnished terrace with BBQ facilities and summer kitchen is at guests disposal.

Villa Malfi is located in the Bay of Zaton, only 5 meters from the private concrete beach and 150 m from pebbly beach. 
Large furnished terrace, summer kitchen and grill are at guests disposal.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
Free private parking on site.
Cleaning fee is 20 euros per stay and it is not included in the price.

Villa Malfi is a really nice apartment located at the sea. The villa has a private beach that provides enough shade to sit even during the peak sun hours and is very quiet. The room offers a beautiful view of Zaton Bay and Dubrovnik is only 15 minutes away by bus. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely reccomend it.

Met by Mama, who showed us to our room.  Room basic, but had everything needed.  Kitchen well stocked.  Room spotless.  Air conditioner a blessing.  View from balcony fab, however we spent a lot of time on large outdoor area belonging to apartment - here we were able to cook our meals outdoor, sink,  plates, utensils etc all supplied here also.  There is also a few chairs and sun eds right next to the sea.  Beautiful place to stay at a bargain price..   Less than 15 min journey to Dubrovonik by bus costing approx £1.50.  Some lovely restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.  Beautiful area, if you want a chilled holiday, I cannot recommend this place enough

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
