It will also provide you with a lovely furnished terrace with a swimming pool. 
 Free private parking is available on site.

Villa Mateo offers self-catering accommodation located in Vodovađa, quite little place in Konavle region.  This accommodation is a perfect place for a countryside retreat as they are situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation. Arriving with car is recommended since there are buses, but they are not passing so frequently. Free private parking  is available on site.

Quiet among the figs tree

My wife and I saved here for 12 nights - very spacious, with good air conditioning and all facilities needed. 
Great balcony, terrace and pool with a BBQ outside too. Our children are grown up now but if you have young ones / teens perfect for them with basketball / five a side court with table tennis too.  
Best thing though was the friendly owner, nothing was too much trouble and we were given grapes, plums, water melon and cucumbers during our stay. 
Views of the mountains and sea from this wonderful elevated villa breathtaking. Great value and would thoroughly recommend,  thanks for a great stay

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
