Villa Mia is located in Dubrovnik, less than 10 minutes drive from the Old Town and 7 minutes walk from beautiful Lapad Bay.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out , so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.
 Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Very nice modern apartment. Specious and clean with lovely balcony. Good Wi-Fi. Owner Lucy was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend for anyone who's looking for good accommodation in Dubrovnik

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Lusy was so helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the stay, good size apartment for what we needed. Great location too, close to bus stops where the buses run regularly and until late.

Great location, close to lapad promenade and bus stop to old town straight across the road from the apartment, clean and well maintained apartment, everything you could need for a short holiday,friendly and very helpful host

Apartment was very nice. Close to bus to old town.Fabulous quality seafood restaurant 10mins walk. Well worth the walk. Friendly helpful host's. Would recommend to couple.Great airconditioning in room..was much needed as it was very hot.

Great location: on a main junction, 8 min away by bus from the buzzing Old City. Villa Mia is surrounded  by 24 hour bus/taxi, supermarket, good reasonable local eateries, beaches(private nooks and crannies nestled in the rocks by the waterside, accessible via an 'eatery' street) 
Our apartment was to a very high standard: modern, clean, well stocked fresh linen &amp; toiletries, good wifi &amp; TV, fully equipped smart kitchen plus some basic kitchen ingredients. We had a small balcony that was sufficient for our use. 
I would rate this better than just 'standard'. 
Lusy is very bubbly and extremely helpful with local info. She is close at hand but out of sight until you need her. The luxury holiday touches of a welcome bowl of chocolates, Ozujsko on a hot day and also of grapes from her mother's garden were a very hospitable touch. 
I would certainly recommend Villa Mia for comfort, quality and location.

The apartment looked exactly as the pictures set out. It was large, very clean, stylish, comfortable and had everything you needed.
The apartment is only a 10 min bus journey to the old town and the buses are really frequent so it's very easy.
The owner, Lora, was lovely and so helpful. She gave us so much useful information when we first arrived which really helped makes our stay brilliant.
Couldn't have asked for more!

Fantastic apartment in great location

Having just returned from Dubrovnik I can honestly say the place is fantastic, clean friendly and a great place to explore. It all started with a very warm welcome by the hosts at Villa Mia. Lucy was very helpful, meeting us on arrival at 9.30 in the evening.She gave us a few tips an pointers and made us very welcome. The apartment is modern,clean and well equipped ,everything you might need is catered for. The location is great local supermarks,restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. The bus stop for travelling into the old city is on your door step. Overall great accommodation ,great hosts and a great location. Highly recommended.

We booked last minute and owner was very accommodating and friendly. Was a bit hard to find but everything here is, in my opinion. Neighbors were very nice to point us in the right direction.  Location was great, WiFi great. 

Villa mia

The apartment has everything we had the one with the balcony which we enjoyed sitting on at the end of the day.  Lusy our host was a lovely person very helpful telling us where to go and what to see.  Would go back.

Wonderful visit to Dubrovnik the apartment was in a great place to reach every thing.

The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities. I was able to park onsite, to get into Dubrovnik it's a 15kn bus ride or a 35 minute walk. You can access the beaches of Lapad easily via the pedestrianised walk where there are restaurants and bars. I would recommend eating in the old town.

Excellent attention, very clean place and good location. The apartments are very comfortable and with everything you need.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! E' un'ottima base per raggiungere e visitare la città vecchia; nelle vicinanze ci sono sia il lungomare che ottimi ristoranti. Un consiglio: richiedete il parcheggio in anticipo se lo necessitate.

The apartment is very well appointed and has everything needed for a self-catering accommodation. It's very close to restaurants, shops and the bus into the center.

Lovely apartments, clean and a pleasant stay,  Lusy was so lovely and helpful as well as Geniune,  I  had all transfers to and from Airport arranged by Lusy,  I  would definitely go back,

This was very central to location 10 mins on  bus to Old Dubrovnik 5 mins to Lapad. Beach plenty restaurants great area

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
