Apartments Villa Mirjana are located in Mlini, in Zupa dubrovacka, 8 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 5 km from Old Town of Cavtat. 
Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage.
This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
All units have Air-Conditioning, WiFi, SAT TV, kitchen, private bathroom.

The guests have access to a common swimming pool overlooking the Adriatic sea and furnished with sun beds.
Private parking is available at cost of 5 euro per day, reservation is required.
Baby cot is available for 10 euro per night.
Property offers laundry service for 7 euro and ironing service for 10 euro.
Pets are allowed - 7 euro per pet.
City tax of 1.40 euro per person, per night isn't included.

Vi hade skapat oss en positiv bild av boendet men verkligheten överträffade våra förväntningar. Mycket bra och fina lägenheter i riktigt bra läge nära havet och stranden. Köket hade kanske kunnat vara lite mer utrustat för att ett självhushåll skulle fungera fullt ut. Fräscha och rena lägenheter med perfekt läge. Trevlig personal och restaurangen i gatuplanet var riktigt bra. Ett väl dimensionerat wi-fi uppskattas också. 
Fint område och trevlig strandpromenad genom Mlini och grannbyarna. Kan starkt rekommenderas. 

bättre än hade föreställt oss

In my opinion this is the best place for accommodation in Mlini - the beach is 2 minutes walk, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, the near  a supermarket and a small shop. The villa left in our mind only positive emotions - the absolute coinsidence with photos, everything stated - is in the room, towels changed every two days, change trough 5 days, pleasantly pleased the dishwasher. Very friendly hostes, already to answer any question. And most importantly - silence. Magic views of the sea, the pool drained merges with the sea line.The patio for sunbathing and relax! This villa leaves only positive emotions, thanks for a wonderfull vacations!

Friendly hosts, clean &amp; spacious apartment with a lovely terrace &amp; sea view. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to lots of beaches &amp; restaurants in Mlini and Srebreno and easy journey to Dubronik or Cavtat using local boat service (expensive but worth doing once) or buses ( very cheap &amp; fairly regular)

A lovely apartment in an ideal location with a beautiful sea view

Staff works hard and is very pleasant.  They did our laundry for us with no charge.  I get the sense overworked though as she was trying to remain pleasant while doing a thousand things.  House is nice but we were put in a basement room that felt more like the spare basement room at your cousins house.  The room is across from the room they serve breakfast in and also where the main office operates out of so we had to be sure We were fully clothed and presentable every time one of us stepped out of the room to swim or to ask a question etc.  at breakfast people could see straight into our room.
The bathroom was okay but the shower was hand held and there was no hook or shelf to put the handle so washing yourself or shampooing hair could only be done with one hand or with the shower head laying on the floor of the shower. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh figs, plums, and apricots, yogurt, and fresh pastry and streudel.  The staff made amazing cappuccino and we ate poolside.  The pool and flower garden is the reason to be here.
I'd have spent the whole vacation there at the pool with the jasmine and hydrangeas.

There are a lot of cats!And everything is very good.Just about 10 mins can we arrive the old town!The apartment's owner is very nice and give us lots of help

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
