This lovely one bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to two persons. 
It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Kitchenette is well equipped and comes with combined seating and dining area. Private bathroom includes shower and hair dryer.
Furnished balcony is at guests disposal.

Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, quiet little place in Dubrovnik suburbs. It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use at additional cost 10 euros per 2 hours.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed.

We have been at villa roza for one fantastic week. The hostess,Tatjana was so helpful and kind. We are so greatful! The rooms had all it needed. It was clean and comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool and so did we. Great service and location. We will be back.

Tatjana was very friendly and helpsom. We had å nice stay for 4 nights here. It was clean and modern. The aircondition could be better, and it was in the living room, so the bedroom was a bit to hot. The pool was a little colder because of the wind, but all in all a nice stay!

I received great indication on where to eat and how to move with local transport.
The transfer to the old city has always been guaranteed in the best way with excellent frequency.

Just outside the city centre this apartment is great to escape after a busy day in the city. Clean, modern and with the best shower I have ever used the apartment was just what we were looking for. The host Tatjana was so welcoming and even ordered pizzas for us as we arrived too late to buy food anywhere. The following morning she drove us to the supermarket so we could pick up groceries. Always on hand to help and with useful information Tatjana was awesome! 
The apartment is a 15-20 min (depending on how busy the port is when you drive through) bus journey from the old town and buses go past every 15 minutes and come back right up to 2am. 
We would definitely recommend villa roza to anyone and would come back and stay here again.

A little gem in Dubrovnik! 

Myself and my partner stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we could not fault it. Tatiana is extremely welcoming and very helpful when telling you how to get around the city, where the nearest supermarkets are and just general etiquette of Dubrovnik. The apartment was really nice and modern, and extremely clean - perfect for our 5 day vacation! The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, and it only takes about 15 mins to get into the Old Town. We had a great holiday in this beautiful part of Croatia and we would fully recommend this apartment to others. Thank you for our stay Tatiana!

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
