Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rožat, quiet little place in Dubrovnik suburbs. It features four accommodation units and all of them will provide you with everything you may need for perfect, relaxing stay. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use at additional cost 10 euros per 2 hours.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed.

Nice appartment next to Dubrovnik, it's easy to go there by bus. The place is really clean, our hosts were nice and gave us good advices for our trip. There is a small river next to the appartment to have a walk, the view is amazing and sunny. The swimming pool is also a good place to take a rest.

Nice place 

Villa Roza is in a beautiful little town not far from the old town, about 20 minutes by bus. The mountains join together and there is a bay with fisherman boats.the view is breath taking. The people who host us where welcoming,brought us fresh fruits from there trees, and even if they did not speak much english they did there best and called someone on the phone that also works with them to answer questions. The studio we rented was very clean. Just enough space for a couple. There is also a clean pool, but in late September the water is quite cold. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever get a chance to go back we keep Villa Roza in mind.

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. If bringing company over please do not disturb the neighbours and note that if extra people are sleeping at the apartment, charges may be applicable.
5. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture.
6. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
